Miss Tourism Zimbabwe 2025 crowned
Nomqhele Sisa Nkomo was recenty crowned Miss Tourism Zimbabwe 2025, pledging to use her new role to champion the nation’s culture, heritage and tourism.
Speaking moments after receiving her crown, Nkomo expressed deep gratitude to those who supported her journey, describing the moment as one she shares with her family, mentors and the wider community.
“With a heart full of gratitude and joy, I stand before you as your newly crowned Miss Tourism Zimbabwe 2025,” she said in a message.
“This moment is not mine alone – it belongs to everyone who believed in me, supported me and walked this journey with me.”
Nkomo paid tribute to the Miss Tourism Zimbabwe organisation for building a platform that, she said, empowers young women “to represent not only beauty, but culture, purpose and national pride.”
She praised the organisation’s vision and belief in the potential of Zimbabwean women as “unmatched”.
She also commended her fellow contestants, calling them intelligent, passionate and beautiful queens who inspired her.
“You each reminded me why sisterhood and unity matter most,” she added.
Looking ahead, Nkomo said she intends to use her reign to tell Zimbabwe’s story to the world – one of heritage, healing and hope.
“I will carry forward the mission of promoting Zimbabwe’s tourism, culture and green future, one step at a time.”

Her victory signals a new chapter for the Miss Tourism Zimbabwe platform, which has long been associated with showcasing the country’s destinations, fashion and cultural pride on an international stage.
Meanwhile, the Miss Tourism Zimbabwe 2025 first runner-up was Tadiwa Mtetwa and the second runner-up was Kudzaishe Chimedza.
