Tips for Enjoying Harare’s Weekend Events

  1. Buy early. Several events, including Soke, DJ Stokie and the Fabrik Party Convention, use phased ticket pricing that rises as the date gets closer.
  2. Book small venues in advance. The Jasen Mphepo Little Theatre seats only 60 people.
  3. Arrive early at big events. The National Sports Stadium, Glamis Arena and the Sunday half marathon will all draw crowds.
  4. Carry small change. Smaller markets and entry gates are quicker to move through with small notes.
  5. Confirm details. Times, prices and venues can change, so check with each organiser before you travel.
