For the past few weeks, Jah Master’s Hello Mwari has been the biggest song in the country and the artiste is not slowing down as he seeks to capitalize on the hype.

While he dropped another banger, Unonzani, which features Anita Jaxson last week, he has decided to add more flames to the furnace by releasing the remix for Hello Mwari, this time collaborating with Tanzanian songbird Haitham Kim.

When I first heard about this particular release, I outright dismissed it because I was under the impression that it was just one of those random and rushed projects.

As the noise started getting a bit louder with more people talking about it, I decided to check it out and to my surprise its actually dope. I can safely say that I like the remix better than the original version.

There was a lot of effort put into this production and it shines in every department from the actual song to the visuals.

This is a refreshing Jah Master with a superstar vibe, rocking befitting outfits to match. The signature comical look only pops up at the end of the video.

The track cuts across the cultural divide with both artistes giving it a shot at Shona and Swahili.

International collaborations are usually tricky and sometimes the artistes fail to ride on the same wavelength but for this one I think they got it right.

Prophet Passion Java also features on the video which adds more weight to the overall production.
