Bryan Adams South Africa tour confirmed

Canadian music icon Bryan Adams is set to return to South Africa for his highly anticipated “So Happy It Hurts” tour.

Big Concerts, the organisers of the tour, have confirmed the dates, which will kick off in Cape Town on November 7 at the Grand Arena, Grand West, before heading to Pretoria on November 10 at SunBet Arena, Time Square.

Adams has earned a reputation as one of the most captivating live performers in the world, with over four decades of hits such as “Cuts Like A Knife,” “Summer of ’69,” and “Can’t Stop This Thing We’ve Started,” among many others.

His dynamic vocals and high-energy stage presence continue to enthrall audiences worldwide.

The award-winning artist’s songwriting talents have earned him numerous accolades, including three Academy Award nominations, five Golden Globe nominations, a Grammy Award, and 20 Juno Awards.

This year, Adams will be performing in several countries, including the United States, Japan, South Korea, the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and South Africa, among others.

Adams recently returned to the charts with his 16th studio album, “So Happy It Hurts.”

Speaking to RETROPOP about the album, he said, “It still feels like I’m busking all this time later,” adding a humorous touch to his musical journey.

Tickets for the “So Happy It Hurts” tour will be available exclusively from www.ticketmaster.co.za, with the Discovery Bank pre-sale beginning on April 19 and general sale on April 21.
