Alick Macheso Easter Bash for Club Las Vegas
This Easter Alick “Baba Shero” Macheso will be performing at Club Las Vegas in Southerton, Harare.
The gig dubbed “Impfa NdiMulandi Easter Concert” promises to set the Christian festive mood with its carefully curated playlist of Christian worship songs.
Itai Motsi, the organiser and joint proprietor, is excited to host this event on the eve of one of the biggest Christian events on the calendar.
“We all come from different backgrounds but most of us have one thing in common, which is believing in the Almighty. We decided to host this event so as to uplift the spirit of worshippers as we go into the Easter holiday,” said Motsi.
Baba Shero has promised to deliver a great show, and he has carefully selected the playlist to match the theme.
This show is not one to miss, especially since the sungura maestro is currently on a nationwide tour that has seen him performing in places like Zvishavane, Kwekwe, Gweru, Shamva, Mutare, Chipinge and Chiredzi.
Motsi thanked Macheso’s management for considering his proposal and added that his venue was ideal, even for a family outing.
In addition, all relevant stakeholders, including beverage suppliers, have been engaged to ensure adequate supplies and to run many promotions during the show.
The police have also been roped in to provide tight security.
According to Tich Makahamadze, Macheso’s manager and publicist, the cordial working relationship they have with the promoter makes the venue one of their favorites in Harare.
Makahamadze encouraged fans to come and be part of this special gig and even hinted at a couple of new tracks that will be sampled.
