Levels arrest takes a new twist as Shashl now wants to drop the rape and physical abuse charges.
The Chillspot producer is now appearing in court for violating the data and protection act.
Reports indicate that the rape charges have been referred back to the police as the accuser wants to drop the charges if certain conditions are met.
Levels has also been granted bail.
What transpired
This whole drama started last week after DJ Levels and his ex-girlfriend Shashl’s nudes and sex tape leaked.
The singer then went on to file a police report alleging that she was raped sometime last year.
While the identity of the person who leaked the images and visuals is yet to be identified, social media has been laden with theories.
Levels arrest situation
The producer might breathe a sigh of relief now that the rape case is about to go away, but he is still facing charges for violating the data and protection act.
