Migos member Takeoff was shot dead in Houston over a dice game.

According to reports, Takeoff was with Quavo, who is also part of the Migos, at the time of the shooting.

Quavo is said to have survived.

Houston Police shared on their social media that a deceased victim was found upon arrival at 1200 Polk.

Police went on to state that they will release the name of the victim when the family has been notified.

Who is TakeOff?

Takeoff, real name Kirshnik Khari Ball was born June 18, 1994.

The rapper was a member of the Migos comprising his uncle Quavo and cousin Offset. Offset had since left the group to pursue a solo career.

Migos hit it big with their 2016 single “Bad and Boujee” which features Lil Uzi Vert, peaking at number one on the Billboard Hot 100.

As a group they have released many hits including Narcos, MotorSport, T-Shirt, What The Price and Straightenin to name a few.

The shooting comes after Takeoff and Quavo recently released visuals for their new song Messy.
