Khosi wins Big Brother Titans
Khosi emerged as the winner of the first edition of the highly anticipated and border-breaking reality TV show, Big Brother Titans.
The show, which was a fusion of Big Brother Mzansi and Big Brother Naija, featured 20 housemates from both countries who competed for a grand prize of US$100 000.
After several weeks of intense competition, Khosi (South Africa) was presented with the grand prize at the finale, where she was loudly cheered on by the vibrant studio audience.
The elated winner expressed her joy at the outcome, saying, “I’m overwhelmed with joy and grateful to everyone who voted for me. It’s been an unforgettable experience, and I’m so happy to have been a part of it.”
The finale show, co-hosted by BBNaija’s Ebuka Obi-Uchendu and BBMzansi’s Lawrence Maleka, was a spectacle featuring performances by Mayorkun, DJ Maphorisa, Visca, 2woshort, and Stompiiey, and the Bontle Modiselle Dance Studio.
The success of the first edition of Big Brother Titans was celebrated by Nomsa Philiso, Executive Head of Programming, M-Net Channels, who expressed her delight at bringing Africa together for the show.
“Big Brother Titans has been an enormous success. We are delighted to have seen the housemates’ journey to the finale and we would like to congratulate all the housemates for giving viewers their best over the past few weeks,” said Philiso.
She also expressed her hope that the competition would be a platform for Khosi and her fellow housemates to gain access to greater opportunities and launch careers in their own spaces.
