Jacaranda Music Festival Tickets | Only Buy From Authorised Outlets
As the highly anticipated Stanbic Bank Jacaranda Music Festival approaches, organizers have issued a strong warning to potential attendees regarding the purchase of festival tickets.
The event, which will be held from the 4th to the 6th of October at Thornpark Polo Club in Harare, is set to deliver a memorable experience, but only for those with legitimate access.

In an official statement, the festival team stressed the importance of purchasing tickets exclusively from authorized outlets. “Don’t risk your festival experience by buying tickets from individuals advertising on social media platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, and Twitter,” they advised. “Only buy tickets from our authorised sellers or from the ticketing booth on the day of the event, subject to availability.”
With a rising number of fraudulent activities linked to ticket sales, the organizers have implemented strict measures to ensure only valid ticket holders will gain entry.
“Do not buy tickets or tags from touts in the festival car park because these will not give you access into the festival as we have put measures in place to ensure smooth access for all legitimate ticket holders. We will have the Police assisting those found with fraudulent tickets at the festival.”
Fake tickets, overpricing scams, and the possibility of legal consequences are some of the dangers linked to unauthorised festival ticket purchases.
