A few weeks ago Holy Ten was probably the most talked about artiste in the country, with everything he touched seemingly turning to gold.
In hip hop circles, it sounded like he was the best thing to ever happen since alcohol.
It wasn’t all just hype because the rapper has the voice and bars to back the superstardom with. He was just unstoppable, at least then.
However, in the past few days, another artiste has stolen the limelight.
I had never heard of Kae Chaps until recently when one of his songs, Juzi, took over the social media space catapulting the artiste to the upper echelons of the local music scene.
Juzi is just huge at the moment and it has received endorsements from multitudes with the likes Jah Prayzah highlighting that it is a masterpiece.
Dzoka utore #juzi rako rawakakanganwa, ndikaritarira ndoshaya rugare 🕺🏿. What a masterpiece 👌🏿:https://t.co/3Ojpzyu76D

The hype surrounding the song has just been too much to the extent that some malicious elements have taken to social media to point out that the newcomer has stolen Holy Ten’s spot as the urban music artiste of the moment.
Meanwhile, the Mwana Ndakubirai hit maker has taken to Twitter to let his fans know that he is about to do something on Wednesday.
“Tozviita here? Wednesday tengai data,” said Holy Ten in a Twitter thread.
Wednesday tengai data.

The post has attracted mixed reactions from his followers with some highlighting that they want him to jump on the Juzi remix.
Yes and by yes I am referring to please do a feature with Kae Chaps on Juzi, I dont know what it takes managers, promoters etc but right now Zimbabwe needs that feature so yes do it 😁

While I am not sure if whatever it is he intends to do on Wednesday is a direct response to the Juzi hype, one thing is for sure, there are flames on the way.
If its new music he is about to drop, his fans will not be expecting anything less than the heat he has been bringing on his recent releases.
What a time to be alive as a hip hop fan.
