Zimbabwe is set to celebrate Heroes Day and Defense Forces Day on Monday and Tuesday respectively, meaning this is set to be a very long weekend.

Olympus Lounge and Club Zeus
If you are looking for the best party in Harare this weekend, Olympus Lounge and Club Zeus might just be the solution.
These two joints which are located at NetOne building have been the talk of the town for the past few weeks, which is no surprise considering the standard they have set.
While Olympus is more of a chilled, bottle service setup, Zeus is basically a party paradise where dancing shoes are an essential.
For the long weekend, the management is urging fun lovers to come in their numbers as they are promising to amp it up with some of the country’s top entertainers set to perform.

Tonight Karma will be hosting South African super stars Pearl Thusi, Selo Maake Ka-Ncube and Sonia Mbele who have been in the country for the past few days.
This will be an exciting affair with the likes of DJ Klique, C Kills, Tao, Reverb7 and Gully taking to the stage.
Afro 161
Afro 161, popularly known as KwaBelinda, takes over the long weekend with a variety of interesting events lined up.
A number of top DJs and artists have been roped in and they will be taking turns to make sure there is no shortage of entertainment throughout the holiday.
To usher patrons into the weekend, Afrobeats Friday which is being hosted by Andile Brown and DJ Simbatunez takes centerstage.
On Saturday, C Skills and DJ Zuluboi will be in charge of the Long Weekend Vibes session which also coincides with Clara’s birthday celebrations.
For Jazz lovers, this will be the place to be on Sunday afternoon as it plays host to Jababvu Drive. Later on Lucas Snaz and DJ Ganyo will take over for the Heroes Eve party.
The festivities continue on Monday with DJ Butler and MC Tatts set to make sure Heroes Day is celebrated in style.
Habhana Lounge
This is another spot that will also be kicking this weekend with the entertainers that include Abisha Palmer, King Her, Langton B, Etherton and Garry B to name a few set to perform.
The nightclub has also been a attractive option for the capital’s fun lovers, with its laid back ambience and great service.
Pabloz
For Amapiano music fans, going to Pabloz on Saturday might just be the only plan in town as they host the Fiesta Fiesta afterparty which is being headlined by Tyler ICU.
Besides the Saturday gig their deck will be buzzing tonight with the Jagermeister party where Rax, Jerry Springer, Spin and Zulu will be playing.
Legends of Kebab Premier
If you want an old school type of chill, then this will be your spot tonight has it plays host to some legendary personalities including Tich Mataz, Tendayi Chakanyuka, Hitman and DJ Mark Hustler.
These entertainers have been in the game for a while and know how to serenade a crowd when they are behind the decks or microphone.
Patrons will be paying US$5 to get in.

Fiesta Fiesta with Tyler ICU
Fiesta Fiesta which is being headlined by Tyler ICU might just be the biggest gig this weekend.
The event which is being dubbed “Amapiano Festival”, will be held at Alex Sports Club on Saturday.
The headline act is one of the biggest artists in the genre at the moment and many fans would definitely want to see him perform live.
Supporting Tyler ICU will be Fujee, Langton B, Mzoe 7, Zulu, Tinashe and Butler among others.
Tickets for the show a going for US$10 for general entry and US$30 VIP.
Jah Prayzah at Stephen Margolis
Jah Prayzah takes his album tour to Stephen Margolis Resort this Saturday for what is set to be an electric show.
The artist who is well known for his live performances which are always full on energy will be giving hgis fans in the capital a taste of his latest projects.
JP has assured his followers that they should not worry about any technical issues as the host has ensured that everything is in place.
Tickets for the show are going for US$10 for general entry while those VIP is US$20.
Selmor Mtukudzi Birthday and Album Launch
Selmor Mtukudzi will be celebrating her 40th birthday and launching an new album, Selmor 4.0 at Sherwood Golf Club.
The artist has not released any new project in a while and it will be interesting to see what this eight track body of work has to offer.
Tickets for the event will be going for US$10.
