Juzi hit maker Kae Chaps has hit the right notes again on his latest offering, Huchapa, which dropped a few hours ago.
As the saying goes, “Nyama yakanaka inozvitengesa yega”. Nobody even told me about this song but the moment I got on Twitter this morning, the fella was on top of the trending list and I figured I might as well check out why people were talking about him.
Bumped into the link right by the first Tweet, clicked on it and jumped right into the acoustic flames.
All I can do right now is give a thumbs up to the artiste because this song is really beautiful and one that I would recommend to anyone who is into those slow jams.
While I am one of the few people who did not really get hooked to Kae Chaps’ breakout hit, Juzi, I listen to Mavanga almost every day because it’s on my gym playlist.
This track seems to be on that Mavanga vibe, which is probably the reason why I fell for it from the first play.
It’s not a surprise that people are going crazy over the song on social media. It’s a solid piece of art.
“So I listened to @Kae_Chaps new single Huchapa. so much depth in those lyrics. One can almost feel every wave of emotions that may have been experienced because of a narcissist ex or current partner. This guy is really going far, and mavocals anonzwika kuti haazi ekumanikidzira,” commented @ZambeziBae on Twitter.
@Kae_Chaps bringing a whole new vibe to Zim music and I’m absolutely here for it,” commented @NaomiManganye.
Fellow artistes were also giving the song props with Ishan Tweeting, “Keep pressing that HEAT my brother @Kae_Chaps. That new RECORD #Huchapa makarudunuka last chamhamha.”
