Blowout Festival on tomorrow at Borrowdale Racecourse
Car enthusiasts will be herding to Borrowdale Racecourse on Sunday as the venue plays host to Selekta Base’s Blowout Festival.
This has become one of the biggest car culture events in the country attracting thousands of people every time it is held.
Tomorrow’s show is being dubbed “Kings of the City Edition” and it will feature an array of thrilling activities including burnouts, static car displays, sky diving, acrobatics, live performances and fireworks among other things.
The hype has already been building, with numerous celebrities and influencers endorsing the show.
Burnouts and Bikers
Selekta Base has been hosting burnout events for a long time and he really knows how to put on a show when it comes to these festivals.
The culture has grown and evolved over the years with the drivers and stuntmen coming up with daring and impressive new moves every other time.
With burnouts being one of the major attractions, the organisers have roped in some of the best spinners in the country.
The biker community has also been growing and people should expect to see some of the most unique bikes and stunts tomorrow.
Live Performances
It will be an entertainment galore with performances from some of the best artists in the country including Holy Ten, Kikky Badass, Killer T, Rax, Springer, Rawse, Boi Mac and Gully to name a few.
These are serious entertainers who are on top of their game in their various respects.
There is a bit of something for everyone with hip hop and dancehall being represented while the DJs are well known for their versatility.
The event organiser Selekta Base has highlighted that they are well prepared for the show.
“Preparations have so far been going well and we are confident that this is going to be an epic event.
“While we usually bring in spinners from other countries, this time around we have decided to go with local spinners are are all ready to thrill.”
The last edition was packed and with the excitement that has already been generated, thousands of people from all walks of life are expected to attend tomorrow’s event.
