Anita Jaxson’s Black Panther Premiere outfit has been the talk of the town this whole weekend.
Social media has been awash with images from the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever Zimbabwe Premiere held at Ster-Kinekor Cinema on Friday.
Jaxon easily managed to steal the show as she came dressed as the Black Panther.
Many other celebrities graced the event which was characterized by elegance as attendees came dressed to the nines.
Jaxson showed up around 6:30 pm as moviegoers were strolling in for the film.
The songstress immediately drew the eye of the crowd which started cheering for the superhero or rather heroine lookalike.
The scene was mesmeric to say the least.
Many of the people who were on the scene started clambering to get pictures with Jaxon.
The artiste was chosen by Charlie Stevens International to be appear dressed like the Black Panther at the premiere.
Charlie Stevens International is a company that does customs clearing, courier and logistics.
Anita Jaxson’s Black Panther outfit was created by Jasper the designer who managed to show his prowess on the day.
The film stars Letitia Wright, Danai Gurira, Tenoch Huerta Mejía, Angela Bassett, Lupita Nyong’o, Winston Duke and Florence Kasumba.
Black Panther: Wakanda Forever has been described by Wenlei Ma as a thoughtful, emotional and weighty film, an open-hearted story that courses with collective pain.
The movie’s soundtrack has also been praised as it features the likes of Burna Boy, Amaarae, Tems, Stormzy and Rihanna came in with the lead single Lift Me Up.
The film is showing at all Ster-Kinekor Cinemas around the country. Those who missed the opening can still go and watch the film.
With the success of the first Black Panther movie, it still remains to be seen if this one will also have a good run.
