Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi engaged
Millie Bobby Brown, the British actress who rose to fame for her performance as Eleven in Netflix‘s popular sci-fi series, “Stranger Things,” has set social media abuzz with speculation that she and her boyfriend, Jake Bongiovi, are engaged.
The rumors began after the couple shared a series of romantic pictures on Instagram.
In the photo, the “Stranger Things” star can be seen embracing Bongiovi while sporting a large ring on her engagement finger.
She captioned the image with a quote from Taylor Swift’s “Lover”: “I’ve loved you three summers now, honey, I want ’em all.”
Brown, 19, referred to Bongiovi, 20, earlier this year as her “partner for life.”
The couple has been linked since 2021. Bongiovi is the son of rock legend Jon Bon Jovi and his wife, Dorothea Hurley.
He also shared a photo on social media at around the same time as Brown, captioned “Forever,” that showed the couple hugging and looking out to sea.
Brown first confirmed her relationship with Bongiovi in an interview with WIRED magazine, revealing that they had met on Instagram.
She told the publication, “We were friends for a bit, and then, what can I say?”
Aside from her role in “Stranger Things,” Brown has also appeared in the “Enola Holmes” films, where she played the titular character and starred alongside Henry Cavill as Sherlock Holmes.
She has also launched her own beauty line and is currently attending Purdue University online.
Netflix has confirmed that the upcoming fifth season of “Stranger Things” will be the show’s final season.
